Q. When do I need to place my order for it to arrive by Christmas?

Q. Do you sell Christmas stockings?
A. At this time, we do not sell the Christmas stockings themselves - just the fun goodies that you'll put inside. We know that many folks have stockings they've been using for years, and just need clever, novel ways to fill them. However, stay tuned - we may very well decide to sell stockings at some point in the future.

Q. Can I specify the exact color or style of an item that is described as "assorted styles" or "assorted colors"?
A. At this time, we are not able to offer custom selection of assorted styles and colors. Why? Because for these items, the manufacturer sells us a case of assorted products, so we can't order individual items within the case. However, you can rest assured that for these types of items (specifically noted as "Assorted styles or colors"), the item you receive will be the same type of item, made by the same manufacturer, as the item shown in the image. For example, if the item is called "Farm Animal", the description indicates assorted styles, and the image shows a stuffed cow, you may receive a stuffed pig of equal quality and size. Otherwise, we do not substitute items. What you see is what you get.

Q. Can I ship items to multiple addresses on the same order?
A. Yes. Simply choose "Add new name" before you add the item to your cart, and follow the prompts to indicate the name and address information for the new recipient; or add items to your cart and change the recipient from inside the cart once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout. You can also send the same gift to multiple people; just add the assortment to your cart, and then click the "ADD" button from within your cart to send the same assortment to additional recipients.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your gift recipients are important to us (in fact, they're guaranteed!), and we stand behind the quality of our products. You may return an entire assortment as long as all items in the assortment are unused and in their original packaging. Assortments must be returned in entirety. Any applicable gift wrap charges cannot be refunded. Send us an email using the Contact Us form below explaining your reason for return and we will provide information on how and where to return your assortment. If you have other specific questions about returns, use the same Contact Us form below to explain your particular situation so that we can do our best to serve you.

Q. Do you sell your mailing list (or any other of my personal information)?
A. Absolutely not! Your information is safe with us, because your privacy is important to us. We will not use your information in any way other than to let you know about our products and services, send you the items you've ordered, charge you for the items you've ordered, and contact you regarding your orders.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
